Treasure-Hunting Brothers is a side quest in Mario & Luigi: Brothership that can be started on Allsand Island after completing Conductor Island. Read on for a full walkthrough of Treasure-Hunting Brothers, including its location, unlock requirements, and rewards.

Unlocked After Completing Conductor Island
After you complete Conductor Island, you will be able to find this side quest on Allsand Island. Talk to one of the treasure-hunting brothers by the flower bridge north of the island plaza in order to start Treasure-Hunting Brothers.
If this side quest doesn’t appear for you after you return to Shipshape Island from Conductor Island, you may need to progress the story a little bit.
Complete Letter From a Drifting Island
You may need to complete the Letter from a Drifting Island side quest first before you can take on this Treasure-Hunting Brothers quest, since the treasure-hunting brothers in question are the same ones involved in Letter from a Drifting Island.

Talk to the Treasure-Hunting Brother at Allsand Island
To start the Treasure-Hunting Brothers side quest, talk to one of the brothers at Allsand Island. Take the green warp pipe to get to the plaza, then head north. Watch out for the Shower Fish along the way!
You should be able to find the brother standing in front of the flower bridge.
Take the Offering to the Heatfreeze Island Statues
You need to give the treasure-hunting brother’s offering and wish(es) to the statues on Heatfreeze Island.
To get to the statues, head north and use the green warp pipe leading to the cave entrance. Enter the cave and head north, past the ice balls, and keep going until you reach the two statues.
Talk to the statues to give them the offering and relay the brother’s wishes.

Return to the Brother at Allsand Island
Go back to the treasure-hunting brother on Allsand Island. He should still be near the flower bridge where you first fount him.
After a heart-warming, brotherly resolution to the quest, you will be given your reward as well as a hint for a new island.

Ultra Candy and Max Candy

The treasure-hunting brothers will reward you with two pieces of Ultra Candy and one piece of Max Candy upon completing the quest.
Hidden Island: Teensi Islet
The brothers will also show you the location of a hidden island on your map. The island they show is Teensi Islet, where you can get a lot of coins as well as a Platinum Medallion.
