---|---|
Supposedly there's a mysterious fortune teller on Shipshape Island. Maybe she can tell you if you're actually cursed or not. |
|
Unlock Requirements | Complete Wayaway Island |
Quest Start Location | Shipshape Island |
After you complete Wayaway Island, you will be able to find this side quest on Shipshape Island. Talk to the fortune teller in the southeast part of Shipshape Island in order to start Feelings of Dread.
If this side quest doesn’t appear for you after you return to Shipshape Island from Wayaway Island, you may need to progress the story a little bit.
This side quest involves defeating enemies to complete it. It is recommended to have Mario and Luigi to be at least level 35 to easily complete this quest.
Feelings of Dread Quest Objectives |
---|
Talk to the fortune teller to start this quest. She can be found in the southeastern part of Shipshape Island, in the section to the right of the beach. Access this area by using the Bro Ball move using the Right Stick.
You’ll know you’re headed the right way if Mario and Luigi trip along the way. No need to worry—this is all part of the quest!
Set a course for Nanoh Islet. You’ll need to launch Mario and Luigi directly here. Taking a warp pipe from a different islet won’t work since you’ll need to talk to the Boo located beside the Nanoh Islet cannon, which is separate from the warp pipes.
List of All Islands and Islets
Once you arrive at Nanoh Islet, approach the nearby Boo. It’ll then engage you in battle along with its friends.
Defeating the horde of Boos shouldn’t be too difficult. It’s a good idea to use multi-target Bros. Attacks that can hit floating targets such as Bomb Derby and Yoo Who Cannon.
You can also equip the Kaboom Attack plug along with Surprise Iron Ball and a status-inflicting plug to increase the damage and range of your Jump attacks.
Upon defeating the Boos, you’ll need to report back to the fortune teller on Shipshape Island. Use the nearby cannon to return to the island, then roll into a Bro Ball again to proceed to the area east of the beach.
Talk to the fortune teller here for the shocking conclusion of this quest.
