Converts all inhabitants into Artisans, locking them from being assigned to other jobs.

A Joiner's Workshop is used to produce shields that are required to arm Militia Footmen and Spearmen. As for the Wooden Parts, they're not fully implemented and aren't used for anything besides selling at a Trading Post.

How to Build the Joiner's Workshop

Upgrade Burgage Plot to Level 2

Manor Lords - Upgrade Burgage Plot to Level 2 to Get Artisan Extensions

To build a Joiner's Workshop, you'll first need to upgrade a Burgage Plot to Level 2. Once it's upgraded, you'll unlock the option to build a Joiner's Workshop as a Backyard Extension.

Remember that building a Joiner's Workshop will turn the villagers living in the Burgage Plot into Artisans, and they'll no longer be able to work anywhere else besides in the Joiner's Workshop.
