How to Use Hitching Post
Stores Ox and Horses
A Hitching Post houses Oxen and Horses, which are your town's main Transportation for deliveries and trades.
Hitching Posts initially can only house one animal, but can house another once you upgrade it into a Small Stable.
Assign a Family to Oversee Deliveries
Like most buildings in Manor Lords, you can assign a Family to it to oversee Deliveries.
The Deliveries that the family will do include delivering Raw Materials to processing buildings and storages, and delivering supplies to the Marketplace. This minimizes the risk of your village starving or freezing to death, since the Marketplace will always be populated with goods.
How to Fix Not Enough Stable Space
Reload Previous Save File
If you are getting the “Not Enough Stable Space” prompt, your additional Ox or Horse likely did not recognize the Hitching Post or Stable, and is now wandering somewhere outside the range of the map.
There is currently no way to correct this problem in game, and other players reportedly fixed the problem by reloading a previous save file.
Restart the Game
If reloading the save file does not work, you can try to restart your game entirely. This could reload all the game assets, which could lead to the animal properly identifying the Hitching Post or Stable.
