The Elisdon Altar Offering Altar can be found just a little to the southwest of Ravensthorpe, just across the river separating your settlement from Grantebridgescire.
To complete your offerings to this Offering Altar, you'll need to fish for 10 Bullshead (Small). You can catch these fish types in the Nene River, which separates Ravensthorpe from Grantebridgescire. You may also choose to fish for them in the eastern banks of the river, where Bullshead (Small) types are more abundant.
