You can find the offering altar in the forest northwest of Rathcroghan in Connacht.

How to Get Deer Hooves

You can find deer in the forests west of Rathcroghan. Deer tend to spawn in groups of 3 to 4 and often rest in open clearings in spots of the forest with few trees.

Sneak Up on Deer

Deer tend to spook really easily, so it's best to approach them while in stealth and shoot them with a bow.

Predator Bows are a good choice when hunting deer as its long range means you can hit deer from a safe distance without causing them to run away.
