Decent AoE Healing Capabilities

The Methuss is an AoE healer that heals all allies for 18% of their max HP on EX, grants them the Regeneration Status that heals for 7.2% max HP every 6 seconds, and reduces the beam and projectile damage they take by 11%.

Its signature pilot, Fa Yuiry, is the first pilot that grants a buff that improves HP Restoration, increasing the Methuss' heal potency.

These alone make the Methuss a decent healer, but there are more buffs we'll explain in the following section that distinguish the Methuss as the best healer in the game at the time of writing.

Extremely Strong Heals on Blue-Types

Methuss EX

On top of all the buffs we've mentioned already, Blue-type MSs get buffed by the Methuss' skills, decreasing the beam and projectile damage they take by 36%, while also adding heals worth 4.8% of their max HP every 6 seconds through the Regeneration Status it grants.

The Methuss' EX skill also grants another 11% max HP heal to Blue-Type units, while also reviving 1 fallen Blue-type ally with 45% of their max HP restored. The Methuss is the only unit capable of reviving its allies, and this mechanic is extremely useful, as you can imagine.

The Methuss has excellent synergy with the Quin Mantha, as the latter is a bulky bruiser unit that becomes a defensive juggernaut with the Methuss' healing and resurrection skills.

The Quin Mantha has a ridiculously high HP pool along with some strong damage reduction buffs, but is not as good defensively as the best defensive units, given that the Quin Mantha is more of a bruiser than it is a full-on tank.

With the Methuss buffing it up and bringing it back when it falls, its defensive value skyrockets, and the longer it stays in the battle, the more damage it will deal.

How to Get The Methuss

Methuss Gacha

The Methuss was featured on the Event Mobile Suit Assembly Banner last July of 2025, which means that it should be in the regular MS gacha banner by October of 2025.

It is also available on the 72-Hour Limit Mobile Suit Assembly Banner for 300 Diamonds per pull, and 3000 Diamonds for every 10 pulls.

Because it is featured in the 72-Hour gacha banner, the Quin Mantha can be acquired right when you start a new account. If you don’t have access to this banner, you'll have to wait for it to arrive at the regular gacha banners to try your luck.

Fa Yuiry is essential to the Methuss as she grants it a buff that improves HP Restoration, which increases the potency of the Methuss' heals. This makes her a level higher than the rest of the interchangeable Support pilots.

Like the other signature pilots of Support mobile suits, Fa grants an 18% EX gauge restoration buff to her Methuss, which helps the mobile suit use its EX skill more often to heal its allies and resurrect its fallen allies.

If you don't have Fa Yuiry, you could use any of the support pilots listed above, as all these grant 18% EX gauge recovery buffs to help the Methuss spam its EX skill faster.

Take note that you'll miss out on the HP restoration pilot buff if you use a substitute pilot, so it may not heal as effectively as the other copies of the Methuss with optimal builds.

If you are looking for another unit that revives certain allies, there are none outside of the Methuss at all. However, if it is AoE heals you are looking for, the GM (GR) is exceptional at that.

You may get the impression that its heal does not amount to much and that it is a lowly R-rarity unit. The reason why it is so good is that it is an R-rarity unit that is extremely cheap to upgrade.

The cost to invest in its Unit Enhancement Allocation is extremely cheap, so you could set it to recover so much of its EX gauge with its ranged weapons. Once you've built it properly, it becomes an EX spammer that could prove to be extremely effective in PvE situations that call for a healer.
