What Are The Shiny Borders Around My MS's Frame?

Units With Maxed Out Skill Rate Lv.

Maxed Out Skill Rate Level - Gundam UCE

Units with the fancy shining border around their icon shows that the unit is already at the max Skill Rate Lv. of 10. If you didn't already know, Skill Rate is one of the upgrade systems in the game that makes your mobile suits stronger. In particular, it boosts a mobile suit's HP, ATK, DEF, and of course, CP.

Players can increase their Skill Rate Lv. simply by using these units in any type of game mode that requires AP, or by using Skill Rate leveling materials that you can acquire from the Friends Shop. If you want the border on your units, this is what you'll have to do.
