There are three chests, one in the northern bridge area, above the center, in the edge of the map, and another in the southwest corner.

Arrow of Indra

This is the spear equivalent of the Bolt Axe and Levin Sword, where it uses Mag instead of Str and targets Res instead of Def. Still useful, especially if you have a holy knight. It may be worth getting along the way to Lamine.

Secret Book

A consumable that permanently increases Dexterity by 2. With this being so far behind enemy lines, and on the last mission, it may not be worth it.

Giant Shell

A consumable that permanently increases Defense by 2. If you want to get some last minute defense raise, you can, but due to the distance and this being the last mission, may not be worth it.

Chapter 22 (Golden Deer) - Tips and Tricks

Defeating Nemesis

FE3H For the Freedom of Fodlan Nemesis Shield
Nemesis is incredibly strong. While other bosses can be rushed with one or two of your best units and defeated, Nemesis will most likely not be taken out so easily. He can also counter even ranged attackers, so nobody is safe. Attack him with multiple units on the same turn. He won't move, so you can gather your forces in the turn before so that they all move at the same time.

Do Not Attack with Low HP Units

Nemesis can counter even mages or archers, so unless you're sure to kill him, do not attempt to attack with a low HP unit as his counterattack might destroy them.

Have a Healer with Fortify or a Battalion with the Resonant White Magic Gambit

It will take multiple units attacking Nemesis at once to defeat him, and it might take more than one turn, and he'll deal a lot of damage in return. To make sure they can survive the second turn of attacking, ensure that a healer is nearby, preferably one with Fortify or Resonant White Magic to ensure the group gets healed in one go. Flayn would be an ideal Fortify caster if she went the route of Faith.

Defeat the Ten Elites Before Fighting Nemesis

Nemesis gains +3 on every stat for each of the ten Elite still standing. Even without this buff, Nemesis is incredibly strong, there is a good chance you will not survive an encounter with him if you don't get rid of the Elites.

Defeat Lamine to Remove the Swamp

The Elite Lamine is north of the map, just past the bridge. Defeat her and the poisonous bog will lift. While it won't damage anymore, it will become wasteland, making it hard for cavalry to traverse regardless.

Defeating Odesse Removes the Agarthan Soldiers and Beast

Odesse, the last remaining Agarthan commander, is south of the swamp. Defeating him will remove all Those Who Slither in the Dark Forces from the map.

Be Careful of Winged Beast Reinforcements

Once you get in range of Odesse, Winged Demonic Beast reinforcmeents will start spawning, only stopping when Odesse is eliminated.

Avoid Odesse Altogther

Alternatively, it is in fact possible to avoid Odesse by defeating Lamine and staying on the center and north of the map.
