Pure Water is an item that sometimes drops from defeating undead enemies, such as Greapers.

Pure Water instantly defeats a weaker undead foe, or the clones created by Belome. Against undead bosses, it deals 200 damage instead.

While this item mainly kills weaker foes, Pure Water will still be effective against Ghosts. This gives players a quick method of dealing with special enemies provided that they are Ghosts.
