Use Yoshi Cookie and Don't Turn Enemy Into Item

When you use a Yoshi Cookie in battle, you'll get an item at the end. If you didn't turn into an enemy into an item, there's a chance that you'll get a Yoshi-ade.

How to Get Yoshi Cookie

Feed Lots of Cookies to Yoshi in Yo'ster Isle

Yoshi-ade can also be obtained sometimes by feeding 10-14 Yoshi Cookies to the Yoshi named Baby Fat in Yo'ster Isle.
