Equipping the Troopa Medal lets you deal 50% more damage. In addition, it also increases the wearer's Speed stat by 20 points.
Once Troopa Medal is active, other Attack boosts will not stack when used in conjuction with it. Other Attack boosts include the following:
Go to through the desert area in Land's End and enter the topmost path. You'll eventually reach the Paratroopa Cliff and it will start as soon as you approach the nearest Paratroopa.
Complete the minigame in less than 11 seconds to obtain the Troopa Medal as a reward.
