At Booster Tower, you'll encounter a high room with a chest in front of you, and a seesaw at the bottom of the room.
To open the chest, you must jump from the threshold shown in the video and land on the see-saw below. Doing so will launch the Rob-omb upward, and as it falls down, Mario will catapult to hit the floating chest and obtain Masher!
If you get it on the first time you enter Booster Tower, the Masher will be 20 Attack higher than the Punch Glove which Mario likely has equipped, so while the jump may be frustrating if you fail, it's worth it for this powerful weapon.
