    The missing "promotion" document is titled Eidos 9, Of You and Mother. It is dropped by a robot on Eidos 9 which you only access if you managed to get Lily to 100%. If you don't then you wind up going straight to Spire 4 after Abyss Levoire.

    On this site there is 17/18 "promotion" documents. Its missing 1 between "to my allies" and "welcome to Raphael space center". just a little info so you can update it :D
