You can heal by using recovery items, resting in camp, and sitting on benches in Stellar Blade. Read on to know how to heal, where to purchase potions, as well as how to increase your tumbler usage count.

Using Recovery Items such as disposable Potions or your Rechargeable Tumbler is an effective way to heal, most especially when you are battling and running out of HP.

At the Camp, you can rest by taking a seat on the chair, which fully restores your HP. This also fully recharges your Tumbler. Keep in mind, however, that resting will also respawn enemies.
You cannot rest at the camp while fighting an enemy so make sure that you are not battling or at least you have cleared your path of enemies before going to the camp.
Potion | Carrying Limit | Price |
---|---|---|
Highly Concentrated Potion | 2 | 400G |
Lingering Potion | 3 | 300G |
Benches are also scattered throughout the overworld and can be used as a resting area. This will provide you with a small recovery in HP.
Benches provide HP recovery only once. After that initial use, you can still take a seat, but it won't restore any HP.
One method to expand your Rechargeable Tumbler Usage count is by enhancing it with Tumbler Expansion Modules.
These modules are commonly obtained as loot after defeating a Relic Collecting Machine. However, be swift, as these enemies often flee upon encountering you.
After collecting 3 Tumbler Expansion Modules, you can upgrade your Tumbler at a Repair Console found at any Supply Camps nearby.
