To start the quest, talk to Jett who is found inside the house filled with teddy bears.

Memories in the Doll Sidequest Objectives

Fast Travel to the Rail Yard

The Rail Yard is the closest waypoint that you can choose inorder to head back to the hideout in Matrix 11.+ Teleport here and take the path downwards until you reach the hideout once again.

Return the acquired Teddy Bear

The teddy bear is found at the 2nd floor of the hideout. Once you have obtained the teddy bear, choose to head back to Jett and give him the toy.
