Head to Eidos 7's Silent Street

Eidos 7 is once again accessible after the events of Aless Levoire and powering up the city using the hyper cell. Talk to Adam and choose to go to a different region and choose Eidos 7.

Go to the Library

The Library is the area that you have to pass through at the start of the game before getting to the Parking Building.

Take the Book of Faith

The Book of Faith is found behind the Barnacle Naytiba that's staying in the Library. Defeat the Barnacle first then interact with the book to get the Book of Faith.
