1. Follow Volt to the Location
After accepting the quest from Scarlet, Volt will run off to where one of the Box Robots was spotted. Make your way to the southern part of the Wasteland, just east of Scarlet's location.
There's a nearby fast travel point just west of the location where you need to go, so make your way to the Western Great Canyon supply camp south of Scarlet to fast travel there.
2. Interact with the Box Robot
Make your way to the location and you'll see Volt barking at the Box Robot floating on top of a bus.
Climb up the bus and interact with the Box Robot to start the operation.
3. Complete the Operation
The Operation has a total of 4 waves that pits EVE against groups of Naytiba, with a Behemoth as the final boss.
Completing the Operation will reward you the Sparkling Water Can key item which you will need to bring back to Scarlet.
4. Return to Scarlet
Make your way back to Scarlet and speak with her to complete the quest, and you will receive 2 Bone-Wrenches as a reward.

Focus on shooting the Turret Droid on the elevated area as its attacks deal the most damage to both EVE and the concrete barrier she's hiding behind. Next, defeat the two Wasters followed by the Sentryborg as the latter can fire red projectiles that can track and damage EVE greatly if left unchecked.
Leave the Barnacle for last as it doesn't actually attack, though you need to carefully shoot its left side to defeat it as its shield is completely immune to damage.

For wave 2, we recommend gunning for the 2 Turret Droids first as their ranged attacks can hurt you well enough even behind cover. Then, defeat the Sentryborg immediately after that as its tracking projectiles, which can be shot, can deal a good damage to you if left unattended.
For the rest, make sure to take out Mutated Hydra next since it can leave a lingering AoE effect on the covers and eliminate the Lurker last as its ranged attacks can be easily dodged by moving to other covers.
Shoot the Green Wandering Robot for Health
A green wandering robot may appear on the battlefield after enough enemies have been defeated or after using a Burst. Make sure to shoot this robot before completing the wave to restock your recovery bar which you can use to heal EVE.

Wave 3 focuses mostly on droids so make sure to take out the Aid Drone first and foremost since this can heal enemies which can make your runs more difficult. Take out the 4 Sentryborgs next as they can prove to be annoying due to the various ranged attacks that can damage you greatly.
Eliminate the remaining 2 Wasters and then save the Heavy Droid for last since its shield can completely deflect your bullets.
Use the Triangle Burst to Deal AOE Damage
Shooting enemies will build your Burst which you can use during the operation to unleash powerful attacks against the enemy Naytibas.
We recommend using the triangle burst for this wave which summons Adam and Lily to deal AOE Damage to all enemies on screen.

Behemoth can attack with continuous ranged wind attacks that requires you to switch covers to dodge it. Make sure to shoot its head when it starts to roar to cancel its attack and stun it briefly.
We recommend using the X burst for this fight which gives EVE unlimited ammo and turns your projectiles into a high-powered laser to quickly deal with the Behemoth.
Once the Behemoth is defeated, you will receive the Sparkling Water Can key item which you'll need to give to Scarlet to complete the quest.
