Precious Treasure Objective
・Head for the Marker

Head for the Marker on Your Map

Precious Treasure Objective 1

To complete the request, you have to go to the request marker on your map in the Great Desert and open the chest. It will be located on a broken bridge. You will find the Blue Monsoon inside.

Destroy the Rubble

To reach across the bridge, you have to destroy the explosive barrels beside it. Doing so will move the bus and give you a way across.

This quest is actually called "Precious Treasure", it even says so in the screenshot of the map.
