Head to Eidos 7's Clocktower Area

To head to the Eidos 7 and proceed to the Clocktower Area. To get there, fast travel to the Plaza Entryway and head to the Clocktower Area.

Fish on the Pond at the Side of the Area

At the clocktower puzzle area, there will be a small green pond. It may look shallow but there are fishes that you can catch in this small area. The Halibut is easiest to catch in this fishing pond.

Use Fish Slice to Fish for Halibut

To fish for Halibuts, use Fish Slice which can be bought from Clyde in the Oasis using 24 Fishing Score a piece.
