A Boss Challenge mode was added in Patch 1.003 of Stellar Blade on May 24, 2024 at 07:00 UTC and 6:00 JST.

This new combat mode allows players to challenge a gauntlet of bosses in three difficulty settings: Story, Normal, and Hard modes!

Accessed Through the Main Menu

Stellar Blade - Boss Challenge Main Menu
You can access Boss Challenge mode through the main menu after downloading Patch 1.003.

You'll need to complete the game on higher difficulties to unlock higher difficulty modes in Boss Challenge mode.

This means that to unlock Boss Challenge Hard Mode, you'll need to finish the game in Hard Mode first!

Stellar Blade - Neurolink Suit

The Neurolink Suit is a new outfit that you can unlock by defeating all 19 bosses in Boss Challenge mode in either Normal or Hard Mode.
