Unfortunately, Lily's affinity cannot be viewed manually when you talk to her, unlike the affinity bar from the NPC Shop owners.

Unlock the Making New Memories Ending

There is an ending only unlockable by filling up Lily's meter to its maximum level.

Upon reaching the Point of No Return, choose to take Adam's hand and instead of having the regular Cost of Lost Memories ending, you will have an alternate ending called Making New Memories.
