Found at the Alley North of the Bulletin Board

Aaron's Locker is located in the alley just north of the Bulletin Board. Head to the main road, then follow the path leading upward, and you'll be able to find a terminal there. Input the passcode for Aaron's Locker (αζαζαζ) to open the garage door.

Aaron's Corpse in the Scrap Plains

The passcode to open Aaron's locker can be found locked behind a gate in the Scrap Plain. You can get this unlocked during the Looking for My Brother request.

Completing the Looking for My Brother Request

You can start the Looking for My Brother request by accepting it on Xion's Bulletin Board. This request is automatically unlocked once you're able to access the bulletin board.

By the end of the request, you'll be required to shoot three drone targets, which will reveal Aaron's corpse along with the passcode to his locker.
