Digger's Shop Becomes Accessible in Xion

Aside from the standard quest rewards, you'll also be able to shop for D1G-g2r's wares in Xion. This will lessen the burden of travelling back to the Scrap Yard to browse its wares.

How to Start CNL - Communicate and Link Sidequest

D1G-g2r can be found in the Scrap Yard. Talk to him and if you have the prerequisite affection level required, you'll be able to proceed the quest.

Increase D1G-g2r's Affection Level to 2

To start the quest, you must purchase items from D1G-g2r's store and increase his affinity to level 2. Doing so will proceed his dialogue and you'll be presented with it's “Fantabolous Theory”. After finding out about D1G-g2r's goal, you must now find the NETWORK codes scattered around 3 regions.

CNL - Communicate and Link Sidequest Objectives

1	Collect the NETWORK Access Code (0/3)
2	Access Code NETWORK 1 can be found inside the Solar Tower in the Wastelands. Interact with the machine inside the tower to obtain the code.
3	The second code is found on the machine just a little bit north from the Sisters' Junk (Kaya's shop).
4	The third code is found in the great desert. Once you gain access to it after completing Alpha SIgnal, head to the Oasis in the great desert to find the last code.
5	Deliver the collected items to D1G-g2r.
6	Operate the Connection Device
