To access the new Goddess of Victory: Nikke for Stellar Blade, you need to complete Mission 3 to unlock the Wasteland Area which takes 3 Hours. Learn how to start the new Nikke DLC and what missions you need to complete to access it.

How to Start the Nikke DLC
Examine Volt in the Wasteland
To access the new DLC, you'll need to examine the robotic dog Volt south of the Wasteland entrance. After a short cutsence, you'll meet with Scarlet who will offer the new missions.
Required Missions to Unlock the Nikke DLC

・Go to the Hall of Records
・Follow Adam's guidance ・Operate the crane to go to the sewer facility ・Go to the Alpha Naytiba location ・Defeat the Alpha Naytiba Gigas ・Retrieve the Alpha Core Estimated Completion Time: 2-3 hours |
 Xion, the Last Remaining City |
・Follow Adam
・Head to Sisters' Junk ・Head to the Safehouse ・Talk to Adam Estimated Completion Time: 30 minutes to 1 hour |
The following missions need to be completed in order to access the Wasteland area where the DLC takes place, and takes about 3 hours to complete.
Once you start the Altess Levoire main mission, you can immediately go to Volt to start the new Goddess of Victory: Nikke DLC!

・Find the Alpha Naytiba ・Defeat Subjugated Tachy Estimated Completion Time: 2-3 hours |
 Hidden Truth |
・Talk to Adam at the Safehouse

Although you can immediately start the Nikke DLC as soon as you get access to the Wasteland, the rest of the missions are locked behind the Great Desert area which requires further progress in the game.
Once you receive Abyss Levoire as your main quest, you now have access the Great Desert and can continue the rest of the Nikke DLC missions.
