Capture 20 Types of Fish

To first proceed the quest, you must capture 20 types of fishes. These fishes can be easily caught the more fishing data you have so be sure to purchase them from Clyde! Once done, talk to Clyde then ask him about the Fantastic Bait to progress the quest.

Purchase Fantastic Bait Info from Roxanne

After talking to Clyde and inquiring about the Fishing Data, head back to Xion then talk to Roxanne and purchase the Fantastic Bait data from her.

Head to the Flooded Plant Southeast of the Wastelands

After obtaining the data from Roxanne, head to the designated location Southeast of the Wastelands. You'll find a flooded plant in the area with a crate that's locked with a password underwater.

Input θθθβββ to the Crate

Head inside the plant and dive underwater then use scan to find the crate. Once you locate the crate, input “θθθβββ” to open it and obtain the Fantastic Bait. Return to the Bulletin Board to complete the quest.
