Fantastic Bait is required for catching Jumbo-sized fish. To get started on finding Fantastic Bait, you will have to talk Clyde and complete the fishing tutorial (Looking Glass) first.
Aftewards, complete all five (5) fish-related bulletin board requests in Xion.
Where is the Fantastic Bait Side Quest Guide

| ⑥ |  At The Plant, dive underwater and look for a locked supply crate. Use the passcode θθθβββ.You will have to navigate around the area to get past the rising bubbles. |
| ⑥ | Once you obtain the Fantastic Bait, the side quest will be completed. Feel free to return to the Bulletin Board. |

Catching the 2 Jumbo size fish is required for completing the data bank record of 25 fish.
Talking to Clyde after collecting all 25 Fish types will reward Eve the Ocean Maid suit.

If you catch 20 types of fish, you will acquire the Silver trophy called the Lonely Fisherman trophy.

Fishing requires pulling out your Fishing Rod and then selecting a bait (using D-pad on PlayStation).
