Investigate Felix's Hideout

Felix's Hideout is at the top of the ruined building on the quest's objective. Head inside and use the beams and platforms to reach the top of the ruins and interact with the bookshelf to proceed the quest.

Continue to Track Felix's Record

The second record is said to be found in the Abyss Levoire but it is not located inside the Abyss Levoire itself. Track the lowest point of the broken Hyper Tube and scale it upward to find Felix's record near the top of the said tube.
