Talk to Roxanne once you have cleared the necessary main quest. Roxanne is found beside the bulletin board in Xion city.
To start the An Offer You Can't Refuse side quest, you must have completed the main mission, Alpha Signal.

The Guard Turret cannot be engaged in Melee combat. The area is also open so you'll be automatically targeted from a far distance. You can use the obstacles in the area as a defensive tool or time your dodge by watching the turret's projectile.
Once you're in an ideal range, shoot the Oil Barrel that's surrounding the Guard Turret. This will deal severe damage to the Guard Turret or outright destroy it completely.
The Algorithm Chipset will be located at the foot of the cliff where you destroyed the Guard Turret. There's no need to climb and reach the turret's location to get the chipset.

So I killed the turret using the barrels, but I was killed and the turret died during my death animation. Unfortunately, when I returned the turret was dead and the Algorithm Chipset drop could not be found. Anyone else experiencing this?
