1 Search for the Wine Cellar
2 Get 3 types of wine (0/3)
3 Deliver the aqquired wine to Barry

The Wine Cellar is at the Bottom of Commercial District

Most of the quests in the Commercial District requires you to head to the bottom part of the area and this quest is no exception. To find the Wine Cellar, head to the bottom most part of the Commercial District and look for a large Liquor store sign.
