How to Start Oblivion Sidequest

To start the quest, head to the tiny house found beneath the bridge near the entrance of Xion city. You can use the ladder beside the bridge to get under the bridge and be able to talk to the girl inside the house.

Complete Altess Levoire

To start the Oblivion side quest, you must have completed the main mission, Altess Levoire.

Oblivion Sidequest Objectives

Go to Eidos 7's Flooded Commercial Sector

The Flooded Commercial Sector is the area that you can reach after using the monorail. To get to Eidos 7, talk to Adam and choose travel to another region and choose Eidos 7. This will allow you to return back to this region and explore the area again.

Find the Sewage Device Controls

To get to the Sewage Device Controls, follow the path to the left then take the left path again on the crossroad. You'll find a set of beams there that can lead to the opposite side of the area where the Sewage Device is. Head to the house inside that houses the device control and activate the machine to reduce Eidos 7 Commercial district's water levels.

Search for Warehouse 77

Once you have activated the Sewage Device, all the water in the Flooded Commercial Sector will recede. Take the path that leads downwards and continue doing so until you reach the bottom of the area. The Warehouse 77 will be found at the lowest part of the map.
