To power up the monorail with electricity, you need to arrange the cores in the following sequence from left to right: ③-⑧-○-⑥-○-①

In the Room at the Bottom of the Stairs

The Power Supply Room is located at the bottom of the stairs just opposite of the Monorail Control Panel and is accessed during the story mission Scavenger Adam.

How to Power Up the Monorail

Supply Power to Each Bar

Stellar Blade - Supply Power to Each Bar

You'll need to supply power to each bar by placing the right amount of cores on the board. The number on the core corresponds to the amount of squares it can fill on each bar.

Cores Don't Need to Match the Bars

The number of squares each power core fills doesn't need to match the bars exactly. As shown in the above image, the 8 Core placed in the 4-square bar will have its remaining energy go to the first bar.
