The Stellar Blade and NieR: Automata DLC collaboration will be released on November 20, 2024. Read on to learn more about this collaboration, when it will be released, and what to expect from the DLC!

The long-awaited Stellar Blade and NieR: Automata collaboration DLC will be released on November 20, 2024.
This update will add paid NieR: Automata content in the game, along with free updates consisting of the photo mode feature, new Exteriors, as well as other minor updates.

The Stellar Blade and NieR: Automata collaboration will revolve around Emil, the well-beloved character in the NieR franchise, who will make an appearance in the DLC.
Emil will be donning his merchant appearance from NieR: Automata and EVE will be able to buy eleven unique collaboration items from his shop. Included in these are 2B and A2's outfits from the game and even 2B's loyal drone companion Pod 042.
Do note that all of the NieR: Automata content is paid DLC.

This update will also add the game's own Photo Mode feature for free, a feature intended for photography enthusiasts, complete with in-depth camera and filter settings, as well as customizable poses and expressions for EVE.
Photo Mode Features and Release Date
Four brand new costumes and an accessory will also be added in the update, which you can equip to spice up EVE's look in the game. These will be released for free.

All Exterior Locations and How to Get
Other free miscellaneous changes will also be added to the game, including lip-sync support for other languages, a music player with the turntable in camps, a No Ponytail option for EVE, and improved insta-kill skills.
