| The group travels to Eidos 9 at Lily's request before they journey into space. As they get closer to their new destination, they find some obstacles blocking their way. | |

How to Unlock Secret Garden Mission
Requires Max Affinity with Lily
The Secret Garden main mission can only be unlocked if Lily's affinity is at 100% before you finish Orcal's Testimony.
If this requirement is not fulfilled, Lily won't ask you to visit Eidos 9; instead, you'll proceed directly with the Eye of the Hurricane mission. This will affect the ending you'll get in the last mission.

Sector 1 Walkthrough

| 1 |  Follow the Fallen Overpass Go up the Fallen Overpass and follow the road, defeating enemies as you go. The path on the right will lead you to the first Cocoon. |
| 2 |  Destroy the First Cocoon in the Courtyard In the middle of a cluster of buildings beside the road is a small, roofless area where a cocoon can be found. Abuse the Assault skill by going up and down the rooftop. |
| 3 |  Go Through the Next Building From the first Cocoon, follow the path leading to the other side of the building. Beware of the enemies hidden along the path. |
| 4 |  Destroy the Second Cocoon Outside Jump to the next building, where you should see the second Cocoon. Kill it along with the other enemies in the area. |
| 5 |  Jump Through Rooftops From the second Cocoon, climb on top of the rooftops on your right to get to the next building with the sign "Ocraf". Once you're there, drop down to reach the collapsed road on your left. |
| 6 |  Destroy the Third Cocoon on the Road The third Cocoon in this area can be found in the collapsed area down the Ocraf building. Take it down, and then proceed back up to continue in the opposite direction. |

Sector 2 Walkthrough

| 1 |  Defeat the Cocoon on the Road From the supply camp, head up the road located on the right. Continue following this path until you see a Cocoon on your left. |
| 2 |  Traverse the Narrow Bridge After defeating the Cocoon, head back to the camp, and this time, follow the narrow bridge. Keep going until you see a warehouse you can drop down to on your right. |
| 3 |  Reach the Carwash Building Travel across the rooftops until you reach a building with a sign saying "Carwash". Take the stairs on the right to go down the building. |
| 4 | Unlock the Parking Lot Camp |
| 5 |  Proceed to the Otherside of the Parking Lot Continue going down the parking lot until you reach a wall opening with ledges on the side. Use the ledges to climb up the other side of the parking lot. |
| 6 | Defeat the Cocoon on the Parking Lot Rooftop Defeat the Cocoon and other enemies found on the parking lot rooftop. After defeating them, make sure to open the gate to create a shortcut back to the previous area. |
| 7 |  Defeat the Cocoon on the Next Building From the parking lot rooftop, jump on the building located on the right to get to the next Cocoon. |
| 8 |  Defeat the Cocoon Below Follow the narrow bridge between your current building and the parking lot until you see a Cocoon down the patch of land below. Head down there and defeat it. After doing so, climb back up the narrow bridge via a rope that can be dropped down using a switch. |
| 9 | Go Past the Narrow Bridges Follow the series of narrow bridges until you reach the red rollercoaster track at the end. Follow this track, which will take you into the Submerged City. Note that this is a detour that will take you to the area boss. We recommend taking this path to get extra rewards; however, this boss fight is optional and you can go to Step 16 to skip this part. |
| 10 | Unlock the Supply Camp at the Submerged City |
| 11 |  Head Deeper into the Submerged City Head deeper into the Submerged City while defeating enemies along the way. Keep going until you reach an alley with a marked path going up. Climb up there and through the marked walls to reach the next area. |
| 12 | Jump on the Hanging Ropes Move forward, jumping from one rooftop to another, until you reach a building with hanging ropes on the side. Jump on these hanging ropes to get to the other buildings located on the other side. |
| 13 | Unlock the Supply Camp High Up the Building |
| 14 | Fight the Corruptor and Dozer After unlocking the Supply Camp, head further up the building until you reach the area where you need to deal with a Corrupter and a Dozer at the same time. ▶ How to Beat Corrupter and Dozer |
| 15 |  Go to the Previous Parking Lot After besting the enemies, take the rollercoaster track on the right. This will lead you to the previous set of narrow bridges, which will lead you back to the parking lot. Here, you can jump on another rooftop found on the left corner to take down another Cocoon. |
| 16 |  Defeat the Cocoon on Top of the Next Building Once you've taken down the Cocoon on the rooftop beside the parking lot, proceed to another building on the left to get rid of the last Cocoon. |
| 17 |  Proceed to Lily's Atelier Taking down the last Cocoon would allow the team to finally land the ship. Take the roller coaster track found on the left until you reach Lily's secret garden. |
