How to Start Taboo Sidequest

Talk to Luther at the end of the bridge leading to the Wastelands. He'll mention about researching the history of humans and will ask you to go to the hall of records to aid him.

Complete Aless Levoire

To start the Taboo side quest, you must have completed the main mission, Aless Levoire.

Taboo Sidequest Objectives

Go to Eidos 7 Hall of Records

To go to Eidos 7, you have to talk to Adam and ask him to travel regions. From there, you can choose to re-visit Eidos 7, allowing you to explore the area once again. Once you have arrived in Eidos 7, you can use the Phone Booth to fast travel to the Submerged commercial district and shorten your route.
