Extra	Before going to the quest marker, head to the designated location just slightly north of the Hyper Tube to gain a passcode.
1	Go to the location mentioned in the record
2	Investigate the murdered victim
3	Shoot down the drones and get information (0/2)
4	Talk to the man standing outside the store

Behind the statue where the corpse during the 2nd objective is found, you'll be able to find a crate that requires a password. Use the passcode you've obtained before heading to the area and use the third character on the code to unlock the chest.

Shoot down the Drones

After interacting with the corpse, head slightly north to find the two drones floating in the sandstorm. Use the drone and shoot them down.
