To start the quest, once the Altess Levoire Main Mission is on the way, talk to Hugh at the entrance of Xion city.

Urgent Information Sidequest Objectives

Go to the Oil Storage Facility in the Wasteland

The first step of the mission is to head to the designated location where High lost contact with the Sentinels. However, the main path to the zone will be blocked by giant brambles. To get inside the Oil Storage Facility, you'll have to back track and take the vertical route and jump through the broken road leading upward to your desination.

Defeat Gigas

Gigas is the same boss that you fight at the final part of Scavenger Adam. It will have the same moveset but it will be slightly more durable than the first fight which can make the battle a bit more difficult than the first one if you tackle the quest early.
