You can get the Never Touch the Stuff Trophy by finishing the game without using Herbs or Med Injectors. It means you must reach the end of the game without healing as Grace or Leon in your playthrough.

Get the Kotetsu for Grace
Kotetsu is a knife for Grace with infinite durability. You will be able to avoid taking damage if you get grabbed by zombies using the Kotetsu.
However, you will still need to retrieve it as it will be stucked in their body afterward. Failing to retrieve them and moving on to the next section of the story will make you lose this knife until the end of the playthrough.

If you can't get the Kotetsu yet for Grace, you can craft or pick up some knives in the area. They can be used the same as the Kotetsu, but they have limited durability.
Play on Casual to Recover Health
Playing on Casual Difficulty will automatically recover your health outside of combat after a short time. You should be able to take one more hit before your health goes back to a critical level again.

Equip the Eye Spy Charm for Grace
You can put the Eye Spy Charm for Grace to have a chance to survive a fatal attack . You can get the Eye Spy Charm after killing Chunk in the East Wing for the first time.

Throw Away Recovery Items
You can throw away any recovery item you have to avoid accidentally healing in your playthrough. It should also help make space your inventory so you can get other items.
Increase Grace's Health with Steroids
Increasing Grace's health will allow her to take more hits from the zombies. You can increase Grace's Health by consuming a Steroid from the cabinet in the Parlor or crafting it with blood and Empty Injector.
Purchase and Repair Leon's Body Armor
You can significantly reduce the damage using Leon by purchasing and repairing his Body Armor. There are two levels of Body Armor, and you can get them for a total of 23,000 Credits.
Use Requiem on Dangerous Bosses
Don't hesitate to use Requiem on powerful bosses, like Shadow Ghost (Final Encounter), Mr. X, and Victor (Mutated). You must end the fight fast to avoid getting hit or minimize the damage.
If you get the Infinite Ammo for all the guns, you can simply run everything down with this gun!
Learn to Parry Attacks
Parrying is available on Leon's playthrough, and can be used to avoid taking the hit. It is possible to finish all of Leon's playthrough without getting hit once if you master parrying.
Craft and Use Bottle of Acid on Licker B2
Licker B2s have a ton of health and has variety of attacks. Grace's only counter against them is by crafting Bottle of Acid as it can one-shot them. You will be able to get their blood (40) as well, allowing you to craft one again later.
Get Infinite Ammo
If you already have 50,000 CP, it's best to get the Infinite Ammo as it will be extremely helpful if you want to finish the game without healing. You will be able to shoot your way until the end of the playthrough with it.

You can get 35,000 CP, along with the Gold Trophy, for completing the game without using a recovery item. You can use that CP to buy things like the Freya's Needle, RPG-7, Infinite Ammo, Infinite Durability and Clatter Carbine.
You can also get costumes and other bonus content in the game!
