Craft Requiem Bullets 12.7x55 Ammo

Requiem bullets, or 12.7x55 Ammo, can be crafted by Grace in the Crafting menu using 1 Rare Metal and 80 Blood. This will let you craft 2 Requiem bullets.

Find and Analyze Converged Blood Specimen

Blood Specimen Converged Location

To unlock the crafting recipe for Requiem bullets, you first need to find the Blood Specimen (Converged) in the Closet below the Waiting Room in the East Wing. The Closet is unlocked using the ID Wristband (Level 1), which you can get as part of the story progression.

Once you have the Blood Specimen (Converged), take it to any of the two Blood Analyzers in the Care Center and solve the puzzle to unlock the recipe for 12.7x55 Ammo, as well as Med Injectors.

Requiem Bullet Overworld

Requiem bullets can also be found in silver briefcases, though they are much scarcer and are hidden in locked rooms such as the Closet.
