| 1 |  Shadow Ghost (The Girl) |
 Grace |
This is the first boss you encounter while playing as Grace. It's a fairly large monster with long white hair. It is attracted to sound and it is hurt by light. |
| 2 |  Chunk |
 Leon |
Leon encounters Chunk, a fat, big-headed monster that is eating a human. He picks up the MSBG 500, a pump-action shotgun, to deal higher damage to the monster. |
| 3 |  Blister Borne |
Leon |
Leon fights the Blister Borne after meeting Grace and Emily at the church The orange cysts on its body are its weak points. |
| 4 |  Shadow Ghost (Final Encounter) |
Grace |
Grace saves Emily from the crash while The Girl (Shadow Ghost) appears in the Water Treatment Plant. It still weak to light in this area. |

Leon |
Emily mutates into a monster and Leon steps in to kill her. |
| 6 |  Titan Spinner |
Leon |
On his way to the Raccoon City Center, Leon encounters a giant spider near a ruined building to escape. The spider finds its way inside and Leon must fight it while traversing the building. |

Leon |
Mutated dogs ambush Leon, as he's riding a motorcycle on the way to the Raccoon City Center. Victor soon gives chase on another motorcycle and fights Leon. |
| 8 |  Mr. X |
Leon |
Akin to Mr. X from Resident Evil 2, Leon fights a similar enemy as he attempts to save Grace from her captor. |
| 9 |  Plant 43 |
Leon |
Leon gets blocked by a Giant Mutated Plant in entrance to the ARK Facility. The only way forward is to exterminate this gigantic plant to get inside. |
| 10 |  The Commander |
Leon |
Leon encounters a commander of Umbrella Corp.'s security operatives, that looks exactly like HUNK. Leon must successfully parry the enemy's melee attack to stagger him temporarily so he can land some attacks. After the fight is over, Leon will be able to loot the Mortal Edge melee weapon. |
| 11 |  Victor (Final Boss) |
Leon |
Leon faces off against Victor, who serves as the final boss of the game. Victor has two phases; he mutates into a larger monster after taking enough damage. |

Grace Leon |
Grace first encounters the Chef while it is cooking in the Kitchen, located at the West Wing of the Care Center. This boss can be killed by either Grace or Leon, and will grant access to the Pantry upon defeat. |
| 2 | Should You Kill Chunk as Grace? |
Grace |
While exploring the East Wing of the Care Center, Grace will run into a Chunk separate from the one Leon needs to fight. While you can choose to avoid fighting this Chunk, killing it will reward you with the Eye Spy Charm. |
