The ARK facility Sterilization Chamber will have a locked safe that you can open in Resident Evil Requiem (RE9). Read on to see the safe code required to unlock the Sterilization Chamber safe.

Sterilization Chamber Safe Code

Safe Code: Right 10 - Left 90 - Right 20

Difficulty Safe Code
Casual / Normal Right 10 - Left 90 - Right 20

To open the Monitor Control Room safe on casual or normal difficulty, spin the dial counter-clockwise until you hit 10. Then, spin the dial clockwise until you hit 90. Finally, spin the dial counter-clockwise until you hit 20.

Looting the newly opened safe will reward you with a Molotov Cocktail, a Med Injector, and 15 Handgun Ammo.

Pull on the Safe Handle Only After Inputting the Full Code

For players unfamiliar with how safes work, make sure not to pull on the safe handle with each dial turn. Instead, wait until you complete all 3 dial turns before attempting to open the safe. Otherwise, the input will reset itself.

Found in the B2 Level of the ARK Facility

Sterilization Chamber Location

The Sterilization Chamber safe can be found in the ARK facility - an endgame area you reach in the ruins of Raccoon City. You'll find the room in the B2 Level of the ARK (it'll next to the Bioweapon Repository 02).
