Get the Library Book Card from the Drawer

02 - Library Card

Enter the S.T.A.R.S Office to get the Library Book Card. You can find it inside the drawer, but you have to wait a few seconds before it shows up.

Grab the Book in the Library

03 - Photograph

Go to the Library to find the book mentioned in the card. You can find it on the second level of the library near the door.

What to Do with Rebecca's Photo?

Gives the Code to the Briefcase

Briefcase Location

You will be able to get the code, RRR, from the picture to open the Briefcase in the S.T.A.R.S. Office. It contains the Power Shade Charm, which can be attached to weapons to increase their bullet penetration.
