  2. East Wing Chunk
  3. Zombie Chef
  4. Blister Heads

1. The Girl in the Basement

Resident Evil Requiem The Girl in the Basement

The Requiem is best used against the Girl in the Care Center's basement. Although it does not kill her immediately, each shot will stagger her briefly, allowing you to escape to another room (preferably one with lights).

2. East Wing Chunk

Resident Evil Requiem East Wing Chunk

The Requiem can be used against the Chunk in the East Wing, just before obtaining the Level 1 ID Wristband. You will need three shots from the Requiem to take it down, or you can use three Hemolytic Injectors as an alternative method. However, you must inject it from behind.

3. Zombie Chef

Resident Evil Requiem Zombie Chef

You can use the Requiem to kill the Zombie Chef in the West Wing of the Care Center to obtain the key to the Pantry from him. Alternatively, you can kill him as Leon using his other guns.

4. Blister Heads

Resident Evil Requiem Blister Heads

Blister Heads can be put down with just one shot from the Requiem. It is usually best to use Grace's S&S M232 to stagger these enemies to allow using the Hemolytic Injectors on them, but if their unpredictable behavior makes headshots difficult, you can use the Requiem to instantly kill them.
