Unfortunately, Ada Wong does not appear in any capacity in Resident Evil Requiem.
Before the game's release, fans were speculating that she would appear due to her connection to one of the game's protagonists, Leon S. Kennedy, and because one of the game's settings is set in Raccoon City, where they met for the first time back in Resident Evil 2.

Mysterious Spy Leon Met During Raccoon City Incident

Ada Wong is a spy whose true motivations have remained unclear throughout the series. She first appeared in Resident Evil 2 and was someone who helped and betrayed Leon many times to further her mission. The duo met again during the events of Resident Evil 4 and helped Leon throughout the story.
Their recent meeting in the story's timeline was during the story of Resident Evil 6.
