Leon's concept art in Resident Evil Requiem (RE9) shows him wearing what looks to be a wedding ring. Read on to learn if the game confirms Leon to be married during the events of RE9.

No Definite Proof, But He Wears a Ring on His Ring Finger

Ultimately, what led to this line of questioning is Leon's concept art and the way he seems to put on a ring as he removes his gloves during the good ending of RE9.
To answer the question, no, the game does not explicitly state that Leon is married. However, the placement of his ring is suspect, since he does wear it on the 4th finger of his left hand (his ring finger) which is usually an indicator of marriage.
Sherry Birkin Wears an Identical Ring
While Leon's ring appears in concept art and, possibly, off camera during the ending, Sherry Birkin's isn't as hidden. In-game cinematics and her concept art show her sporting the same ring Leon is wearing in his concept art, albeit worn on her pinky finger.
This could mean that perhaps Leon's ring doesn't signify marriage and it could just be a memento worn by survivors of the Raccoon City incident. Without more info, the only thing we can surmise is that Leon is probably more likely to be married to his job given his series track record.
