How to Get the Eye Spy Charm

Defeat the Chunk in the Care Center's East Wing as Grace

Enter the East Wing's second floor in the Care Center and head towards the Conference Room to encounter the Chunk. You can use a total of three Hemolytic Injectors when facing its back to defeat it and drop the Eye Spy Charm.
