Examination Room Safe Code
The Care Center Examination Room will have a locked safe that you can open in Resident Evil Requiem (RE9). Read on to see the safe code required to unlock the Examination Room safe.

Examination Room Safe Code
Safe Code: Right 30 - Left 10 - Right 50

To open the Examination Room safe on casual or normal difficulty, spin the dial counter-clockwise until you hit 30. Then, spin the dial clockwise until you hit 10. Finally, spin the dial counter-clockwise until you hit 50.
Looting the newly opened safe will reward you with 3 Antique Coins. You can use these to buy upgrades from the Parlor like the Hip Pouch (allows you to carry more item) or the Stabilizer (improves gun handling and firepower).
Pull on the Safe Handle Only After Inputting the Full Code
For players unfamiliar with how safes work, make sure not to pull on the safe handle with each dial turn. Instead, wait until you complete all 3 dial turns before attempting to open the safe. Otherwise, the input will reset itself.
Examination Room Safe Location
Found on the 1st Floor of the Care Center
This safe can be found at the southeast corner of the Examination Room. The Examination Room itself can be found on the 1st Floor of the Care Center.
