Similar to previous game releases like Resident Evil 7 until Resident Evil 4 Remake, Resident Evil Requiem did not have any early access.

Which Countries Can Play the Game Early?
Released Earlier in Eastern Regions (New Zealand is the Earliest)
Since the game released on consoles at midnight on February 27, 2026, in countries' local timezones, players in eastern regions received access to the game earlier than those in western regions. New Zealand fans were able to play Resident Evil Requiem the earliest, as their timezone is much more advanced compared to other regions.
New Zealand's timezone is UTC+12, which means that midnight happens there earlier compared to other countries.

Resident Evil Requiem officially launched on PC via Steam at midnight ET (5:00AM UTC). This was a simultaneous worldwide release on Steam, meaning all PC players received access to the game at the same time.
