Through the Deluxe Edition, you will get five bonus costumes (3 for Leon, 2 for Grace) with some of them being callbacks to previous games' characters and costumes.

Audio Pack: Raccoon City Classic
The Deluxe Edition contains the Raccoon City Classic Audio Pack. It's not confirmed yet what the audio pack will contain, but it likely contains soundtracks from previous games such as Resident Evil 2 and 3, and maybe 4 and 5, considering that those were Leon's most recent appearances.
Files: Letters from 1998
The Letters from 1998 is another Deluxe item that most likely contains lore and callbacks to the Raccoon City incident in Resident Evil 2 and 3.
