How to Obtain RPD Briefcase Code

| 1 |  First, head up to the second floor of the Raccoon Police Department and into the S.T.A.R.S. Office and obtain Barry's To-Do List file. |
| 2 |  Then, head into the smaller captain's office, and open the desk drawer. Wait a while for the Library Card to appear and obtain it. |
| 3 |  Next, head up to the 2nd floor of the Library and grab the book, which should now be available on the bookcase to the west. |
| 4 |  The code to the RPD Briefcase should be on the back of the Photograph inside the book: Rising Rookie Rebecca (RRR). |
RPD Briefcase Rewards
Power Shades Charm
Opening the Briefcase rewards you with the Power Shades Charm, which Leon can equip on his Requiem revolver. The charm offers unlimited bullet penetration and increases the firepower of the last bullet in the cylinder.
RPD Briefcase Location
Found in the S.T.A.R.S. Office
The Briefcase is located in the S.T.A.R.S. Office on the second floor of the Raccoon Police Department (RPD). You will come across RPD when you finally arrive at Raccoon City Center as part of the main story. It is placed inside a locker in the northern part of the office.
